The invention discloses a low-radiation children anti-losing device which is mainly composed of a wireless remote controller and a locator. The wireless remote controller and the locator are combined, the locator is used for sending signals for starting an anti-losing function and ending an anti-losing function, and after the signals for starting the anti-losing function are sent, contact signals are sent to the locator automatically at regular time. The locator is always in a wireless monitoring state. When the starting signals are received, if the contact signals of the wireless remote controller cannot be obtained during the set time, a GPRS/GSM (general packet radio service/global system for mobile communications) communication module and a GPS (global positioning system) positioning module are started, and positioning information is sent a mobile phone or a server through the GPRS/GSM communication module. The locator does not generate any electromagnetic radiation with a normal wireless communication range, and accordingly children are protected from strong wireless radiation. The low-radiation children anti-losing device is mainly used for children losing prevention, can also be applied to monitoring, anti-theft, alarming, positioning and tracking of other objects and has the advantages that the signals are stable and the low-radiation children anti-losing device is easy to operate, excellent in performance, high in cost performance, humanized, small in size and convenient to carry and the like.
