Photosensitive polymer array synthesis

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel process for the large scale preparation of array of a polymer arrangement. SOLUTION: The polymer arrangement formed on the surface of a substrate comprises a 1st substrate coated with the functional group protected by the photosensitive protective group and a 2nd surface provided with a layer arranged thereon, wherein the layer is composed of a compound adaptive to refractive index of ≥1, a light-absorbing compound, and a reflection preventive compound. The polymer arrangement is made to form at a known position of each different substrate by continuously activating and coupling the monomer in the region of different base.
