The present invention relates to ethylenically monolayer of graphite-based oxidation dyeing visible optical microscopy methods, mainly by changing the optical properties of graphene oxide, so that it is possible to enhance the contrast in the optical microscope to perform the morphology, size and the like characterization. Specifically modified by addition of a translucent stain graphene oxide, dye molecules directly adsorbed on the surface of the graphene oxide, controlling the addition amount of the colorant, such that the color dye molecules are dissolved in the water and attached dye molecule graphene oxide sheets have significantly different colors, sharp color contrast, so that had excellent light-transmitting single graphene oxide may be observed under an optical microscope. Compared with the prior art characterization, the present invention is simple, high precision, cost-effective, suitable for large-scale use of the advantages of promotion.
