ETS remote programming method

The invention discloses an ETS remote programming method which comprises an ETS terminal, a home gateway, a konnex (KNX) gateway and KNX equipment. The ETS terminal is connected with the home gateway, the home gateway is connected with the KNX gateway, and the KNX gateway is connected with the KNX equipment. The ETS terminal comprises an ETS programming device and an ETS remote assistance device. The home gateway comprises a packet forwarding device. According to the ETS remote programming method, packet forwarding of the ETS remote assistance device, the packet forwarding device and the KNX gateway is used for establishing an application layer communication link between the ETS programming device and the KNX equipment so as to achieve remote programming. The ETS remote programming method can not be limited by a network topology, and thus using is convenient. Meanwhile, security risks caused after the KNX gateway or the KNX equipment is directly surfed into a public network are also avoided.
