Dynamic Network Optimization Analysis Based on Multi-network Measurement Big Data

To meet the network dynamic optimization demand based on multi-network measurement big data, it proposes data optimization methods, steps and key points of the work flows. Through processing big data including the forthcoming operation and maintenance center OMC, mobile switching center MSC, base station system of traffic, analytic hierarchy of process data, voice quality test, customer suing, plot content of the frequency distribution, survey of the design data and current running data, it builds up the necessary design parameters database. Using hierarchical system structure, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and evaluation model, it obtains the optimization solution. It shows the feasibility and the scientific of the evaluation method through comparison and actual effect between a community network optimization based on the big data.
