In the aspect of comprehensive prevention and treatment effect, the prevention and treatment effect of the mesotrione component is 63.2-69.8 percent, the prevention and treatment effect of the atrazine component is 48.5-54 percent, and the prevention and treatment effect of the fluroxypyr component is 41.6-46.6 percent. The comprehensive prevention and treatment effect of the composition disclosed by the invention is 82.5-99.9 percent. The prevention and treatment effect of the herbicide composition disclosed by the invention is obviously enhanced, the synergism is obviously, the herbicide use cost of a farmer is reduced, and the adverse effect on the environment is alleviated.
