A SVPWM Control Algorism for Three-level Inverter and its Simulation

The basic principle of Space Vector Pulse Width Mdulation(SVPWM) for three-level inverter is described.A novel Space Vector Modulation(SVM) algorithm is proposed by using positive or negative small vectors as first active vector.The judging rules of the small sectors and the out voltage vector sequence are presented as well as the producing of the signals for SVPWM.The main factors for the neutral-point imbalance are discussed.Also,the dwelling time of each vector is computed.The analysis of other sectors is realized by transforming the sectors.The validity of the proposed method is demonstrated by the simulation results.
