Projekt kompetenčního modelu pro uchazeče o práci u Policie ČR

The project of the diploma thesis has been focused on the competency model for new recruits to the Police of the Czech Republic with regard to reducing the very high failure rate of candidates. The first, theoretical part has explained basic concepts of competence and especially competency model, it has showed the process of creating a competency model, collection of information and data for the preparation, validation and implementation. The practical part has been closed to a project to provide information related to the eligibility of candidates and compare them with the newly created competency model. There has been analyzed the admissions, drafted the competency model, verified its functionality and evaluated the risks associated with the implementation of the proposed model. The final section has summarized the benefits of the work, it's using in practice and comparting results of the study group.
