Combatting disparities is a crucial goal of ongoing efforts to end the HIV epidemic. In multivariable analysis of a U.S. Midwest cohort, racial/ethnic disparities in HIV viral suppression are no longer robust after accounting for other sociodemographic factors. Neighborhood deprivation and low income are independently, inversely associated with viral suppression.
