The Research on Overall Design of the Course in Higher Vocational Education Based on the"6+2"Principle——Taking Service Etiquette in Hotel as an Example

The teaching design of the course in Higher Vocational Education must be implemented by following the "6 +2" basic principle which is the microeconomic practical problem in reform of vocational education.This essay takes Service Etiquette in Hotel as an example to explore how to design the course in Higher Vocational Education by following the "6 +2" principle.Service Etiquette in Hotel is a compulsory subject for Hotel Management major students.The system of this course is structured based on working process and practice of daily functioning in hotel,which conforms to the requirement for training objectives and job position group of high-quality and skilled talents majoring hotel management.
