High flow regime low temperature early-strength cement based grouting material

2013
The invention provides a high flow regime low temperature early-strength cement based grouting material comprising the following components by mass: 100 parts of sand, 60 to 70 parts of cement, 20 to 30 parts of a mineral admixture, 0.3 to 0.7 part of a water reducing agent, 1 to 3 parts of an expansive agent, 0.03 to 0.06 part of a water retaining agent, 0.1 to 0.3 parts of dispersible latex powder, 0.1 to 0.3 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.01 to 0.05 part of an early strength agent, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a retarder, and 0 to 0.2 part of high polymer synthetic fiber. The grouting material applied in low temperature construction conditions only needs routine maintenance and is in no need of auxiliary heat to reach the designed strength, not only saves the cost in manpower and material resources brought by winter construction measures, and but also provides more reliable quality guarantee for engineering construction. The grouting material initial fluidity is greater than or equal to 340mm in a construction environment at the temperature of 5 DEG C, the fluidity in 0.5h is loss-free, the fluidity in 1h is greater than or equal to 300mm, the grouting material is long in construction time; in 5 DEG C routine maintenance condition, the 1d compressive strength is more than or equal to 30MPa, and the 28d compressive strength is more than or equal to 70MPa. When the environmental temperature is dropped to minus temperature, the 1d compressive strength is decreased, and the final strength development is not affected.
