Air purifier used for fuel cell

2010
The invention relates to an air purifier used for a fuel cell, which comprises an intake passage, an exhaust passage, an outer shell and an inner shell, wherein the intake passage and the exhaust passage are respectively arranged on the top and the bottom of the outer shell; the inner shell is arranged in the outer shell and is connected with the bottom of the outer shell, and space is reserved on the top of the inner shell and around the inner shell; at least one deflector and one filter cartridge are arranged in the inner shell; the deflectors are used as the supports of the filter cartridges, and the deflectors and the filter cartridges are arranged at intervals; the bottom of the inner shell is provided with a dust filter layer in front of the exhaust passage; the deflectors are provided with slots; the filter cartridges are arranged in adjacent deflectors; and the central positions of the slots of are staggered; the number of the deflectors and the filter cartridges can be determined according to intake attributes. In the invention, the polyporous deflectors can change the flow characteristic of the gas and ensure the even distribution of the airflow in the filter cartridges, and the shells of the double-layer purifier has the noise elimination function. The air purifier has the characteristics of noise reduction and low resistance and efficiently remove harmful gas and particles in the air.
