Оценка цитокинового профиля при адъювантном артрите после применения криоконсервированных клеток плаценты

Serum levels of the cytokines TNFalpha, IL10, TGFbeta of CBA/H mice with adjuvant arthritis before and after application of the cryopreserved in various modes placenta cells were determined. Placenta cells were received from chorional site of placenta on 18-19 gestation days. Possibility of cryopreserved placenta cells application for regulation of the cytokine level associated with the pathology is shown. The dependence of immunomodulatory action of placenta cells on cryopreservation mode was established.
