The invention relates to a gas cutting process of yoke air vents of a cross-flow generator. The process comprises the following steps: the contour lines of the air vents are lined out on each clack according to the requirements of the drawing to ensure the verticality of the side of the yoke ring; the first hole of each column of air vents is used as the locating hole, laying-out is performed by using the first hole as datum, a magnetic drill is used to drill gas cutting starting holes with the diameter of 13mm, a cutting device is arranged to ensure that the starting hole of the first air vent of each column of air vents is used as datum for positioning, the cutting device moves to verify the correctness of the installation of the cutting device; real cutting is performed after verification, a column of air vents are cut continuously, the cutting device stops after cutting; and the cutting device is moved to the position of the next column of air vents, and the above steps are repeated to finish the cutting job. The invention has the advantages that the process flow is reasonable and simple, high quality products can be provided, the production efficiency is high, the production cost is low, etc.
