Su objetivo secundario es reflexionar acerca de la posibilidad de efectuar una modificacion legal sobre el tema para el ordenamiento procesal penal chileno. EnglishThe main objective of this work is to analyze the convenience or inconvenience of requiring the unanimous consent of all the co-defendants for the adoption of agreements in the criminal process (in a restricted sense). Its secondary objective is to reflect on the possibility of making a legal modification on the subject for the Chilean criminal procedural system.
