Über cytostatisch aktive Verbindungen des 2-Amino-5-isopropyl-1,3,4-thiadiazols

Derivate des 2-Amino-5-butyl-1,3,4-thiadiazols wurden auf ihre mitodepressive Wirkung an Radikularmeristemen von Triticum vulg. Vill. gepruft. Am wirksamsten erwies sich 2-Dichloracetylamino-5-butyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol, gefolgt von der entsprechenden Monochlor- und Trichlor-Verbindung. The Cytostatic Effect of Compounds of 2-Amino-5-butyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole Derivates of 2-amino-5-butyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole have been studied relative to their mitodepressive effect on radicular meristemes of Triticum vulg. Vill. 2-Trichloroacetyl-amino-5-butyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole proved to be the most effective, followed by the corresponding monochloro- and trichloro-compounds.
