Determination of Antibiotics Residues in Pure Milk with TTC and ELISA Test

50 samples were selected in order to know the situation of antibiotic residue with milk and detected the antibiotic residue by TTC and ELISA test.Both showed the similar results.The positive rate of antibiotics was 16% with TTC test;The positive rate of antibiotics residue was 20% with ELISA test,of which the residue of tetracycline was 5%,the residue of streptomycin was 15%,the residue of penicillin was 8%.But there was no sulphadimidine residue in samples.The results showed that the residue of antibiotics was fact in part milk at Zhengzhou market.
