Furo[2,3-h] chromene compound and use for preventing platelet aggregation

The present invention belongs to the field of medical technology, it relates to furo [2,3-h] Color-based compounds and the use of anti-platelet aggregation. Furo [2,3-h] Pharmaceutically color based compound and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, or stereoisomers and prodrugs thereof, and a compatible pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent as a platelet aggregation inhibitor. Its structural formula is shown below: wherein X may be selected from CH2 or C = O; R1 may be independently selected from H or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group; R2 may be independently selected from H or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group. R may be independently selected from H, an alkyl group of one to four carbon atoms, chloro, bromo, fluoro, methoxy, nitro, or hydroxy. Synthesis of such compounds of the present invention is simple and suitable for industrial production, natural analogues more stable with respect to the biological activity tests showed such compounds having anticoagulant activity, an anti-platelet aggregation drugs.
