ESTUDIO PILOTO COMPARATIVO DE DOS ABORDAJES PSICOANALÍTICOS

Presentamos la etapa inicial de un estudio comparativo de dos modalidades psicoterapeuticas psicoanaliticas: a) Grupo paralelo de padres e hijos y b) Tratamiento individual de ninos. Ambos se implementan ante la derivacion escolar referida como Deficit Atencional, dificultades de aprendizaje y/o de adaptacion a las normas. En este primer corte, a los seis meses de tratamiento, se estudian las variables: 1) variaciones en Test-Retest en “Problemas de Atencion” del CBCL, version para padres, adaptada y estandarizada por Samaniego (1999) para estudios epidemiologicos y 2) adherencia terapeutica. Los integrantes del grupo psicoterapeutico y los ninos que recibieron tratamiento individual registraron una puntuacion equivalente a la Mpc en “Problemas de Atencion” del CBCL, en el momento de la consulta. A los seis meses, se registran cambios notables en los cuatro ninos que permanecieron en el grupo psicoterapeutico. En la asistencia individual se observaron modificaciones significativas en un nino, moderada en dos y una evolucion leve en otros dos. Respecto a la adherencia terapeutica se alcanzan indices similares: 57 % para el abordaje de grupos paralelos de padres e hijos y 55% para el tratamiento individual. In this first cut, to six months of treatment, the variables are studied: 1) variations in Test-Retest in “Problems of Attention” of the CBCL, version for parents, adapted and standardized by Samaniego (1999) for epidemiological studies and 2) therapeutic adherence.The members of the psychotherapeutic group and the children who received individual treatment registered a punctuation equivalent to the Mpc in “Problems of Attention” of the CBCL, in the moment of the consultation. To six months, notable changes are registered in four children who remained in the psychotherapeutic group. In the individual assistance significant modifications were observed in a child, moderated in two and one slight evolution in other two. With regard to the therapeutic adherence similar indexes were registered: 57 % for the boarding of parallel groups of parents and children and 55 % for the individual treatment.
