Magnesium salicylate compound and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a magnesium salicylate compound which has a structural formula as shown in (I). When being used as a combustion catalyst, the magnesium salicylate compound can be decomposed to generate new-born magnesium oxide which is uniformly distributed and is used as a main catalytic active ingredient. The magnesium salicylate compound has an excellent catalytic effect on combustion of double-base system solid propellants, and can be used for remarkably improving the combustion speed of a propellant and reducing the burning rate pressure exponent.
