Изучение липидов семян конского каштана обыкновенного (Aesculus hippocastanum L. )

2008
Horse-chestnut seeds, as all others seeds, are natural products whose chemical composition is a very complex matrix. They contain a lot of different molecules and analytes, the majority of which are triterpene glycosides, calculated as escin, polysaccharides, proteins, lipids and many minor components among others. Lipids represent not significant fraction on these original products (5—8% of the dry mass of seeds). The fatty acids and lipophilic fraction was processed by as a standard method as gasliquid chromatography and by method nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Some fatty acids, the most important of which are oleic and linolenic acids, have been identified in lipid fractions. Oleic acid was nearly equal linolenic acid.
