The powder metallurgy product and preparation method thereof have the advantages that element copper is added, so that the processability of the product is improved, a prepared flange is dense in tissue and good in microstructure, the pores are few, and the structural stiffness, hardness, fatigue resistance and tensile strength are excellent.
