A Study on the System Analysis for Business Process Reengineeing

Ministry of Construction is making Construction CALS/EC, now. CALS/EC needs BPR adjusted to our Business. We tried work analysis and BPR for “National Road maintenance and management”. The function structure chart, IDEFO, IDEF1X and EXPRESS were madeWe had good result as follows:·Business process was cleared in National Road maintenance and management.·The function structure chart, IDEFO and IDEF1X take good effect for work analysis.·We propose a good process for BPR.
