Research progress of the preparation of cross-linked enzyme aggregates

The cross-linked enzyme aggregates(CLEAs) are a new family of carrier-free immobilized enzymes,which could be simply prepared without extensive protein purification and with low cost and high stability.The CLEAs technology has widely application prospect.The current research on the factors influencing the activity of CLEAs during preparation was summarized and analyzed.Besides,the application and development of CLEAs technology were also discussed to provide foundation forfurtherresearch.
