Práctica académica en Dana Industria de Ejes y Transmisiones

This book describes as a report the activities carried out during the months of practice at DANA Transejes, where I held the position of process practitioner. DANA is a multinational company that is dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of auto parts, it has subsidiaries in several countries in the region and specifically the plant located in Colombia is part of the so-called ANCOM region of which the Ecuador plant is also part. For this reason, both companies have the same president and the same managers of the different areas (operations, human resources, Commercial, Sales, etc.). In my learning process in this company I was part of the department called distribution center for which I worked in the analysis of processes and quality, I supported in the areas of new developments and customer service. In addition to consolidating the knowledge obtained during the undergraduate course, it was also experienced how are the work spaces, labor relations and the different areas and / or meetings that the company organized.
