Filter with a spring tube bypass assembly

A filter insert which comprises: a filter medium, a first end plate comprising a bypass flow opening, a second end plate and a spring tube bypass assembly. The spring tube bypass assembly comprises a first central tube and a spring. The spring tube bypass assembly is designed so that a fluid flow is blocked by the bypass flow port therethrough when a pressure acting on the filter element fluid pressure is below a predetermined pressure, and fluid can flow through the bypass flow port when a on the filter insert acting fluid pressure exceeds a predetermined pressure.
