The invention provides a precision 2K-V transmission device which is a precision 2K-V planetary transmission device. The precision 2K-V transmission device comprises an input gear shaft, an output disc, a pin gear, a rigid disc, synchronous wheels, crankshafts and cycloidal gears. The cycloidal gears are connected with the eccentric parts of the crankshafts through needle bearings. The cycloidal gears are meshed with the pin gear composed of a pin gear housing and a gear pin. Except for bearing holes, sector holes are further formed in the cycloidal gears to be matched with sector planet carrier columns. The crankshafts are connected with the synchronous wheels. The synchronous wheels are meshed with the input gear shaft. The planetary transmission device with a speed reducer formed by combining a first-level involute planetary transmission part and a second-level cycloidal-pin wheel planetary transmission part has the beneficial effects of being small in size, compact in structure, low in weight, large in transmission ratio change range, high in efficiency, accuracy and rigidity, long in service life, particularly suitable for a transmission joint of a heavy-load industrial robot and the like.
