Using pox virus vector lacking replica to boost CD4 + T cell immune response to the antigen.

Use of (a) a first composition comprising a source of one or more T cell epitopes CD4 + a tuberculosis antigen; and (b) a second composition comprising a source of one or more T cell epitopes CD4 + antigen tuberculosis, which includes at least one epitope of CD4 + T cell that is the same as a T cell epitope CD4 + of the first composition wherein the source of T cell epitopes in the first composition is not a poxvirus vector, wherein the source of CD4 + epitopes for the second composition is a pox virus vector recombinant non-replicating or replication impaired; for the manufacture of a medicament which elicits a CD4 + T cell TH1 type against the tuberculosis antigen, wherein the first and second composition are administered in any order.
