2021
The purpose of this study was investigating the relationship between belief / motivational direction and cognitive / personality creativity in order to develop and adapt the model of academic achievement prediction in eleven-year-old high school students in Tehran. For this purpose,400 students (232 girls and 168 boys) were selected through multi-stage random sampling using Krejcie and Morgan tables and responded to the questionnaire of motivational beliefs, motivational orientation, cognitive creativity and personality creativity. Also, the student's average was considered as an indicator of academic achievement. For data analysis, multivariate regression and structural equation modeling were used. The results of multivariate regression showed that 20% of changes in academic achievement can be explained by beliefs / orientation motivational and cognitive / personality creativity. Among predictor variables, self-efficacy, internal and Externality motivation and lack of motivation, cognitive creativity and personality creativity predict students academic achievement. Also, the results of structural equation modeling showed that the model was fitted with empirical data
