The vacuum magnetic force adsorbing platform is of a two-layer flat plate structure, wherein one layer is a POM material flat plate, the other layer is an aluminum alloy flat plate, the POM material flat plate is installed on the aluminum alloy flat plate, a magnetic force hole used for installing a magnetic body and POM plate vacuum adsorbing holes used for generating vacuum adsorbing force are formed in the POM material flat plate, and the magnetic body is installed in the magnetic force hole; aluminum alloy plate vacuum adsorbing holes used for generating vacuum adsorbing force are formed in the aluminum alloy flat plate, and the POM plate vacuum adsorbing holes and the aluminum alloy plate vacuum adsorbing holes correspond one to one with the central axes coinciding; after the POM material flat plate and the aluminum alloy flat plate are installed in an attached mode, the POM plate vacuum adsorbing holes and the aluminum alloy plate vacuum adsorbing holes are of a tightly combined structure without causing air leakage. According to the vacuum magnetic force adsorbing platform, the vacuum adsorbing force can be generated, and by means of the magnetic force generated between an external iron or magnetic structure and the magnetic body of the device, the vacuum adsorbing force and the magnetic force simultaneously act on a workpiece made of the material, so that the expected effect of surface evenness is achieved.
