The invention discloses a water channel structure of a water-cooled heat sink of a high-power electronic component. The structure is characterized in that a sealed cavity is defined by a radiating baseplate and a radiating housing; a water inlet pipe port and a water outlet pipe port are respectively formed in two sides of the radiating housing; cooling water flows into the sealed cavity from the water inlet pipe port and then into the water outlet pipe port so as to form a water channel; a radiating fin is arranged in the sealed cavity. The water channel structure has the comprehensive effects of high efficiency, low noise, low cost, strong universality and the like.
