Hydraulic device capable of adjusting buffer energy on two ends

2015
The invention discloses a hydraulic device capable of adjusting buffer energy on two ends. On the outer ends of a first hydraulic oil inlet and outlet and a second hydraulic oil inlet and outlet of a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder barrel is prolonged, and a first buffer oil port and a second buffer oil port are added on two ends. The first buffer oil port and the second buffer oil port are respectively connected with two independent buffer energy accumulators of a first buffer energy accumulator and a second buffer energy accumulator. The precharged pressure of the first buffer energy accumulator and the second buffer energy accumulator is larger than system normal operation pressure. When piston motion exceeds the first or the second hydraulic oil inlet and outlet, a piston directly works on the buffer accumulators. Buffer energy can be adjusted by the precharged pressure and volume of the buffer accumulators. The hydraulic device uses the pressure of external buffer accumulators and volume which can be set by users to greatly improve buffer capacity of the hydraulic cylinder, and buffer characteristics are more suitable for buffer requirements of a rotor, so that impact of the piston in the hydraulic cylinder on a cylinder body in severe sea conditions is prevented, and service life of the hydraulic cylinder and security of a wave power device are improved.
