MODELO PARA LA GESTIÓN DEL MANTENIMIENTO DE UN SISTEMA DE FABRICACIÓN HÍBRIDO CON BASE EN POLÍTICAS CORPORATIVAS Y DE PRODUCCIÓN

The objective of this paper is to present a conceptual model to describe what parameters can serve as the basis for managing maintenance activity and its policies, in alignment with corporate and production strategies, in the context of the use of hybrid manufacturing technologies for metal products. , as part of the technological development of advanced industrial production systems. From the selection and discussion of the main scientific works found on the subject, a conceptual model for strategic maintenance management was structured in the context of the use of hybrid manufacturing technologies, identifying and characterizing the main variables and attributes that make up the model. The conceptual map proposed in this article has not yet been implemented; therefore, the quantitative results have not been validated so far, suggesting future research to check their feasibility. It is considered that the elements covered in this work can constitute a guide to align maintenance activities with corporate and production strategies to achieve world-class business performance.
