Isolation and Screening of Tylosin-degrading Microorganisms and Analysis on the Effect of Dregs Degradation

The tylosin dregs contains a variety of nutrients, but the residual antibiotics which greatly limits its use. This paper through microbial degradation method to deal with tylosin dregs. Firstly, we isolated 11 strains of bacteria from the dregs, one strai n of tylosin efficient degrading bacteria A4 - 22 was isolated and screened out by the analysis of the degradability, identified as Dietzia genus, and the rate of tylosin degradation reached 100%.We further established evaluation method of dregs degradation effect based on OD. By this method, the inhibition release rate of the drug residue could reach 93.7% after the treatment of the strain. The method has a good prospect of industrialization development, and provides some theoretical guida nce for the develop ment and utilization of tylosin dregs.
