Pattern Recognition of Satellite Abnormal State Based on Wavelet

This paper presents a novel abnormal state detection approach in satellite power system for identifying outliers. To overcome the difficulty in identifying outliers by wavelet analysis, an improved wavelet analysis algorithm is designed to achieve detection of abnormal state. The proposed wavelet analysis based abnormal state-identification strategy uses a signal processing method to perform satellite abnormal state detection instead of using ANN that are commonly used in classical fault detection. An illustrative example clearly shows that pattern recognition of satellite abnormal state can be accurately identified.
