MEMS-technology-based wireless belt fire monitoring apparatus and monitoring method thereof

2015
The invention relates to a micro-electro-mechanical-systems (MEMS)-technology-based wireless belt fire monitoring apparatus. The monitoring apparatus is characterized in that an industrial personal computer arranged on the ground is connected to an Ethernet-CAN bus converter and base stations in a mine tunnel electrically in sequence by a transmission signal line. The base stations in the mine tunnel are connected a plurality of MEMS inlaid in carrier rollers of a belt type conveying machine support electrically and wirelessly. Real-time and on-line monitoring of a temperature of a belt-type conveying machine as well as early warning of a fire accident outside a mine belt type conveying machine can be realized; miniaturization of the monitoring core device is realized; and the temperature measurement precision can reach +/-0.1 DEG C, the single base station transmission distance exceeds 500cm, and the early warning distance of the system is larger than 10km. Moreover, the structure is simple and the cost is low. Meanwhile, a monitoring and alarming method is provided; and information of a fault type, time, and site and a temperature value is determined and then acousto-optic alarming is carried out.
