With adoption of the novel medicine-carrying self-expanding non-vascular cavity stent conveying device provided by the invention, a doctor does not need to spray or fill medicines onto a stent first and then mount the stent into an implant device during an operation; for a novel implanting device, only a medicine-carrying diaphragm is mounted on the soft head of the implant device through the stent, then the protection shell tube sleeves the outer tube of the implant device, and the operation can be carried out immediately to reduce operating steps.
