A continuous reaction process for the production of 2-chloro-3-cyanopyridine

The present invention belongs to the field of organic synthesis, particularly, to a 2-chloro-3-cyanopyridine production methods. Which is 3-cyanopyridine N-oxide, phosphorus oxychloride and triethylamine as starting material, was added dropwise while continuously three first reactor to control the reaction temperature of -10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃; a first reactor the reaction solution continuously into the subsequent reactor connected in series, the reaction temperature is 80 ~ 100 ℃, after a residence time of 1 to 2 hours, the reaction liquid was recovered by distillation oxychloride, water analysis to obtain 2-chloro-3-cyanopyridine . The idea of the method using a continuous reaction, the reactor relates to stable reaction conditions, easy to achieve automatic control, process safety has high production efficiency, product quality and stability advantages.
