Double-antibody tissue cell protection quantitative detection method

The invention provides a double-antibody tissue cell protection quantitative detection method. The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: utilizing colloidal gold or colloidal silver to be coupled with a monoclonal antibody or a polyclonal antibody of detected protectio; dripping a colloidal gold or colloidal silver antibody compound formed by coupling on a gold mark cushion; drying and storing in a shady and cool place; fixing a monoclonal antibody or a polyclonal antibody of another detected protein in a detection region; and after the detection region develops a color, judging whether the expression of the detected protein is positive or negative according to a developing region. The detection method disclosed by the invention respectively utilizes two different types of specific monoclonal antibodies or polyclonal antibodies of the detected protein on the gold mark cushion (or a silver mark cushion); and the content of the detected protein in a tissue cell can be rapidly judged through reading the quantity of developed detection circular points so as to determine the expression level of the detected protein.
