The outer frame adjusting device comprises a rotating handle, a lifting handle, an upper supporting plate, and a lead screw. The top end of the lead screw is fixedly connected with the rotating handle, the lifting handle, and the lead screw in a screwed manner. The lead screw passes through a through hole in the upper supporting plate, and the bottom end of the lead screw is fixedly connected with the connecting seat. The inner frame adjusting device comprises a rocking bar, a worm, a worm gear, and a hand wheel. The rocking bar is disposed on the outer surface of the outer frame, and the upper end of the rocking bar is provided with the hand wheel, and the lower end of the rocking bar is connected with the worm. The worm is engaged with the worm gear disposed on the horizontal rotating shaft. The underwater multi-angle detection positioning device is advantageous in that the multi-angle rotation of the inner frame can be realized by rotating the hand wheel, and the multi-angle rotation and the up-down movement of the outer frame can be realized by adopting the rotating handle and the lifting handle, and therefore the multi-angle omnibearing detection positioning of the underwater condition can be realized.
