The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a fermented soybean meal produced high-temperature rich peptide rich prebiotic feed, which involves the processing of agricultural bio-technology field. With the present invention is selected from a traditional fermented food Jiangxi protease in Bacillus subtilis with high yield Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Lactobacillus plantarum were mixed high temperature solid state fermentation of soybean meal, and activated by the inclined surface expanding liquid culture aerobic fermentation single inoculation, mixed inoculated anaerobic fermentation, and then dried at 60 ℃, i.e. enriched protein nutrients, anti-nutritional factors almost passive, high palatability and greatly enhance the biological activity of fermented soybean products. Advantage of the invention is to further improve the anti-nutritional factors and protein composition of fermented soybean product temperature, improve the palatability of a fermentation product, the fermentation product having a nutritious, low resistance and palatable characteristics.
