The invention discloses a preparation method of a blast furnace granulation slag wear-resistant pavement brick. According to the invention, a traditional pavement brick base material is adopted as a base material, and blast furnace granulation slag, slag micro-powder, fly ash, cement, and an activator are adopted as pavement brick surface layer materials. Water content is regulated and the materials are well mixed by stirring; the mixture is molded through vibration compression; and steam curing or natural curing is carried out, such that the wear-resistant pavement brick is obtained. According to the invention, blast furnace granulation slag is adopted as a main surface layer material, and can be used for completely replacing quartz sand. The wear-resistant pavement brick prepared with the method provided by the invention has the advantages of low production cost, good product wear resistance, and the like. According to a compression test, the compressive strength of the brick is higher than 30MPa; and according to a wearing test, the wearing pit length of the brick is lower than 32mm. The product has good compressive strength and wear resistance.
