Study on the measuring device and method of sky polarization information(IEEE CGNCC)

In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the sky polarization information, it is designed the measuring device of the symmetric complementary optical way based on the Stokes vector principle, which is made use of the symmetrical complementary optical way to reduce the measurement accumulative error of the intensity. According to the measuring device, it is presented a measurement method of sky polarization information. In the first measurement without calibration Stokes vector azimuth angle α, the corresponding direction light intensity form different azimuth angle α measured four times, so as to realize the online continuous measurement of polarization information, which is optimized the measurement method of the sky polarization information. The experiments show that the device and method can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the sky polarization information, which proves the feasibility and the deep research value of the device and the method.
