MENORES, ESCRAVOS E INGÊNUOS NA LEGISLAÇÃO OITOCENTISTA

A proposta deste artigo consiste em fazer uma breve cartografia da Legislacao Brasileira Oitocentista. No compendio, busca-se de alguma forma localizar na letra da lei, particularidades e singularidades dadas pelo direito daquele momento historico as criancas e aos adolescentes pobres e escravizados face aos mais abastados. ABSTRACT The proposal of this article consists in making a brief cartography of the Brazilian Legislation Eighteenth century. In the compendium, some attempt is made to locate in the letter of the law, particularities and singularities given by the right of that historical moment to the children and adolescents poor and enslaved to the most affluent.
