The invention discloses a cedrela sinensisa tea comprising the following components: 60-80% of tea leaves and 20-40% of cedrela sinensisa leaves. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cedrela sinensisa tea, and the method comprises the following steps of: manufacturing the tea leaves, manufacturing the cedrela sinensisa leaves, frying the tea leaves and the cedrela sinensisa leaves in a mixing mode, and packaging. The cedrela sinensisa tea combines the advantages of the tea leaves and the cedrela sinensisa leaves, harm on a human body brought by excessive use amount of the tea leaves and the cedrela sinensisa leaves can be avoided, and the traditional concept that the cedrela sinensisa leaves only can be eaten as food is broken.
