Klinefelter‘ syndrome and trisomy 18 in a newborn boy

A boy with the chromosome constitution 48, XXY, + 18 is presented, together with a review of five previous cases. The finding of a normal testis histology with an average number of spermatogonia in all tubuli is discussed.
