Effect of a laser beam reflected from a target on the formation of coatings by pulsed laser deposition

Problems associated with the effect of a reflected laser beam on the formation of multilayer nanocoatings by pulsed laser deposition on the inner surface of small-diameter tubes is discussed. The composition and structure of the coatings are investigated; the significant influence of the laser radiation reflected from the target on the mixing of atoms in the multilayer nanocoatings is determined.
