World's oldest donor‐recipient solid organ transplantation?

The incidence of chronic kidney disease is rising rapidly among the elderly. Improved results have been noted among the elderly when a living donor is available. We report on the world's oldest donor-recipient solid organ transplantation, with a combined age of 167 years and 337 days.
