This article investigates a model for training new teachers that reflects transformations in the learning process depending on employer. This model is built on three grounds: consideration for possible types of work, set up of educational process, and consideration for periods of interaction (high school, undergraduate, and post-graduate). The projected model will facilitate the increase in quality of training for the future teachers.
