Guten appetit! las fórmulas rutinarias y el script del acto de comer desde una perspectiva intercultural (alemán-español)

espanolEste trabajo pretende aportar un enfoque cognitivo-pragmatico sobre un grupo determinado de formulas rutinarias llamadas situation bound utterances (SBU) o "enunciados marcados por la situacion". Siguiendo el esquema de Kecskes, se distinguiran tres tipos de enunciados marcados por la situacion segun su grado de fijacion semantica o lexicalizacion con respecto al marco semantico al que pertenecen. Desde nuestro punto de vista, un enunciado marcado por la situacion no se puede separar del marco semantico (o frame) al que pertenece, y se debe describir teniendo este en cuenta. De lo contrario, no se llegara a captar su significado real. Por este motivo, proponemos el frame del ACTO DE COMER, tal y como se concibe tanto en la cultura germanohablante como en la cultura hispanohablante europea. Como consecuencia, no solo podemos situar un gran numero de enunciados ligados dentro de un determinado marco semantico, sino que tambien podemos demostrar que, en materia de adquisicion de lenguas extranjeras, no se consigue una fluida competencia linguistica sin una fluida competencia cultural. EnglishIn this paper we propose a cognitive-pragmatic approach to a specific form of formulaic routines called situation-bound utterances. Following Kecskes we distinguish three kinds of them according to their degree of semantic fixedness (lexicalization) in relation to the situation where they are used. In our opinion, the situation-bound utterances have to be described within the frames they belong to, otherwise there is no way to get their real meaning. Therefore we propose the frame of MEAL as we conceive it, both in German and European Spanish culture. As a result of it we can not only determine the place of a great number of situation-bound utterances in the context of a certain frame, but – thinking of foreign language acquisition – we also show that linguistic fluency cannot be reached without cultural fluency.
